WHAT IS A RETAINER?

A retainer is an agreement between your business and ours that allows you to request new designs when needed and receive them in a timely manner. A retainer fee works like a monthly fee, but since its purpose is to retain the designer, it is paid up front before any work is ordered. We anticipate work from you and block out the appropriate amount of time in our schedule to accommodate you when the work comes.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE DESIGNS, BUT I HAVE RUN OUT OF DESIGNS IN THE PACKAGE I PURCHASED?

We understand that there may be times when an unexpected project or projects may occur. When and if this happens we will honor your current retainer rate and create a separate price based on the number of additional designs you request.

WHAT IF I DON'T USE ALL THE DESIGNS IN THE PACKAGE I PURCHASED?

Unused pre-purchased designs will roll over for an additional 30 days.
